This item is custom-made specifically for you. A digital proof may be provided when applicable before production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, names, dates, numbers, photos, colors, placement, sizing, and other design details shown on your proof.

Once a proof has been approved, the design is considered FINAL and approved for production. Katt Kreated It! is not responsible for errors or details that were present in the approved proof, including spelling errors, incorrect dates, names, numbers, or other customer approved information. 

Changes requested after proof approval may result in additional design, material, or reproduction fees and may affect your turnaround time.

If your finished product differs from the approved proof due to an error made by Katt Kreated It!, we will work with you to correct the issue.
