**Shipping Policy for our Products**

1. Production Time:

All orders are processed within 5-7 days, with the exception of weekends and holidays. this does not include the shipping time frame, as that can vary.

*Production time -refers to the time it takes us to create and prepare your order.

Shipping time -is the period it takes the carrier (such as USPS or UPS) to deliver your package after it has been shipped.

Please note that these are two separate processes with different timelines.

2. Shipping Time:

USPS is our main shipping carrier, and the shipping delivery timespan will rely solely on them. Estimated delivers for USPS Ground could vary between 2-5 business days after processing. Please be sure to check the tracking number for updates.

Priority Mail can vary from 2-3 business days after processing. 

Priority Mail Express can vary from 1-3 days.

UPS is also available at checkout.

*PLEASE NOTE that as postage continuously increases each year, we will also make minor increases to help offset the differences in cost. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Accessing Your Digital Purchase:

Digital products are typically available for download immediately after the purchase transaction has been successfully processed. In some cases, such as pre-orders or products with specific release dates, access to the digital files may be granted at a later time, as specified during the checkout process.

After completing your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to access and download your digital product(s). This may include logging into your account on our website, accessing a unique download link provided in your confirmation email, or following specific instructions provided on the product page.

As our digital products are downloadable, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive instant access to download the digital product(s) directly from our website or through the provided download link in your confirmation email.
