However, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand that unique situations can occur. Refund requests will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following conditions:

We will investigate the issue promptly and provide either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion, if the issue is deemed to be caused by the product itself.

**2. Digital products Return Policy: **

ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL. However, in the event that duplicates are ordered, we will gladly refund for all duplicates.
